YRP10

Automatic, inline ultra high-speed (6-second cycle) premium stencil printer designed for non-stop production. It features world-class accuracy of ±16 µm, positioning repeatability of ±8 µm at 6σ, Cpk ≥ 2.0. The unique 3S Head (Swing Single Squeegee) utilizes a motorized tilting mechanism to allow for infinitely variable squeegee angles, speed and pressure to ensure optimal paste deposition for high-density PCB assemblies. The squeegee blade is made of ultra high-quality stainless steel, patented by Yamaha. To achieve full automation, the YRP10 has options like automatic stencil changeover system, automatic paste dispenser, automatic solder paste transfer function that recovers residual paste from the primary stencil and redistributes it onto the subsequent stencil to minimize material waste and an automatic push-up pin replacement system capable of configuring up to 200 support pins.
