Automatic inline stencil printer for medium to high volume production with max. PCB size 400 x 340 mm. Positioning camera system to teach and recognize the marks of PCB and stencil by up & down camera viewing function. Environmental monitoring system can avoid the accelerated oxidation of solder paste due to the temperature and humidity out of range. Squeegees printing pressure is real-time monitored and allows to generate alarm signal. Underside stencil cleaning system with sprinkler. Various combinations of wet / dry and vacuum cleaning are available for cleaning the stencils.
