Automatic, inline high-performance stencil printer operating with theYRP10’s speed (6 seconds). The unique 3S Head (Swing Single Squeegee) utilizes a motorized tilting mechanism to allow for infinitely variable squeegee angles, speed and pressure to ensure optimal paste deposition for high-density PCB assemblies. The squeegee blade is made of ultra high-quality stainless steel, patented by Yamaha. The system achieves a printing accuracy of ±30 µm at 6σ, Cpk ≥ 2.0, providing a considerable improvement over previous generations. While optimized for value, the YRP10e features a one-touch stencil holder, use of wide range of stencil frame dimensions and a 3-stage conveyor system designed to minimize transport times and facilitate rapid manual changeovers in high-mix production environments.

 The large size (22.5х30mm) field of view (FOV) for 2D optical inspection allows quick and easy detection of linear displacement and shorts between pads.
